Her designs are romantic wedding and vintage air but at the same time, current and unique. We try to remove the bridal universe Teresa Helping, one of the most inspiring designers of the moment.
How did you decide you dive in designing wedding dresses?
Everything has been like a very natural and instinctive. One of our clients asked me to design their wedding dress. After this first design, thanks to word of mouth, we have met more brides.
Where do you think marriage is heading the design? Is it possible to introduce something closer to ready-to-wear in an industry as traditional as this?
Brides want, increasingly, her dress is unique and this makes it difficult to introduce elements of ready-to-wear, at least as we understand this world. Each client has its own history and wants to reflect their personality in one of the most important pieces of his life. In addition, brides seeking not only the dress, but also rather an advice from his total look and a very close relationship to the whole process.
What guidelines would you highlight of your wedding design? What are those creative principles that try to maintain?
I like to mix styles and wedding dresses let me experience a lot and break the mold. My creative process is based on trial and error, success until I like the result. Having our own studio allows me to work this way. I try to be sensitive to trends, the lines are very simple and sleek pattern. The main criterion is that anything is possible.
Your clothes have a vintage air although they are extremely current, how do you get that balance?
I like to mix ultra-feminine lines and glamour of the 20s, ethereal and nostalgic look, but without losing the point fashion and trend, in addition to the development process of the dress is done in very traditional. All together makes my girlfriends have a frail, feminine, elegant but at the same time and with much roll cane.
What fabrics are you more comfortable?
Always natural tissues, including the linings are silk and cotton. The crêpe, chiffon, silk tulle … fabrics with lots of movement and very sensual.
What is the process of making one of your wedding dresses?
First, we work with fabrics. Seeking to make impossible combinations and even create our own materials combining silks, laces, pleats, embroidery … Then we started testing on dummy, which are shaping the early ideas. Once we achieve the effect we want, it moved to a pattern and started making gladiolas. After much testing, we already dressed in his final fabric.

A true summer classic, there are a thousand ways to adapt to our style, and a way to make it look more formal and elegant for evening.

How costume Patterson Autumn-Winter 2010/11
Certainly, the Twilight phenomenon we can find everywhere, including in fashion. And it is very interesting (and profitable) to get to question and analyze the dresses and costumes that the actors chosen for the presentations and official events, because not only gives us ideas but also gives us new information and knowledge about their tastes. In addition, in view of the results achieved so far, we can say that the style of Robert Patterson and Taylor Launder is not the same or you want more than to Robert Taylor, because until now it is hitting more with the first than the second is.
The costumes chosen by the two were of Gucci. Patterson chose to dress a suit ‘Heritage’ of the Autumn-Winter 2010/11 cotton and silk maroon, combined with a pale gray shirt and black shoes. In contrast to Taylor Launder instead opted for a gray suit jacket, white shirt and black loafers from the same collection of Gucci. In addition, I think we were more successful with Robert Taylor that it is true that it is not easy to dress them both.
Taylor Launder though you may seem stupid, has a serious problem with your complexion and costumes. He has developed many back and muscles and is easy for the suits, due to its width and height, we are short of one of the two measures. Therefore, have to take to use dark colors (which will match your skin tone) that Stylish the figure and provide a touch more slender.
In contrast to Robert Patterson has plenty high and very waxy skin tone she looks so much to give slimness to the costumes and not doing very fair complexion “to fill the suit” but it is true that the maroon was not anything specifically favors by the skin tone and hair color. If it were, an innovation and favors vintage touch him enough but I think that would have been black that is more elegant.
